To ensure secure, compliant, and professional shipment of medications on the StockMeds platform, please follow these detailed packing instructions. Proper packaging protects your products, reduces shipping delays, and upholds the trust and safety of our trading environment.
1. Generating Your Shipping Label
Once your order is confirmed, a pre-paid FedEx shipping label is automatically generated by the StockMeds system.
If the label fails to generate, or gets lost or damaged, you can easily reprint it anytime by navigating to:
My Orders → Active Sales → View Label & Packing Slip
2. Select Your Shipping Method
A) Schedule a Pickup
You may schedule a FedEx pickup directly from the Order Confirmation page by clicking “Request Pickup”.
Express Orders (2-Day / Overnight):
StockMeds typically supports same-day pickups if scheduled at least 2 hours before your pharmacy closes, subject to FedEx’s availability.Refrigerated Orders:
Overnight cold shipments are only processed Monday through Thursday to ensure proper delivery timing.
If your order is confirmed on Friday, the pickup will automatically be scheduled for the following Monday.Ground Shipments:
Ground pickups are available starting the next business day after confirmation.
B) Drop Off Your Shipment
If you prefer to drop off your package, you may use the FedEx Drop-Off Locator to find an authorized shipping center near you.
Please ensure you deliver your package only to verified FedEx locations.
3. Tracking Your Shipment
Each shipment includes a unique FedEx tracking number, available directly on your Sell History page.
Simply click the tracking number to monitor the progress in real time.
Note: Using personal FedEx accounts for shipping or tracking is not permitted for any transactions conducted through StockMeds.
